Addendum: GDPR baseline

This addendum applies to everybody. It states the GDPR-level baseline DiveHive keeps in every country, in addition to the local rules of your country (see the other addenda for your region).

1. Baseline rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, export of and deletion of your personal data, and object to processing, wherever you live. See the Privacy Policy, section "Your rights".

2. Dive shop records

The dive shop is the controller of the records it keeps about you (waivers, medical questionnaires). Retention periods follow the rules of the shop's country. The shop's country is shown on the shop's page.

3. Provider, representative and transfers

The provider is AppMinds.dev Inc., Behind Aya's Swiss Bakery, Sto. Niño, Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro 5203, Philippines (SEC registration no. 2026070257796-63). No EU or UK representative is appointed yet; requests from the EU or UK go to support@divehive.app. Personal data is hosted in Singapore; the Privacy Policy describes international transfers.
